Yes. Have him play home games and games in close proximity where he doesn't have to fly for games. The type of scheduling was done for Magic during his comeback.

I would have to pass. I understand the value in say getting an 80% Bosh of the last version we saw. The potential damage to his health by giving him an opportunity outweighs any positives he provides.

Imagine he has an incident on the court? Nah I say we shouldn't be involved in that.

No, thanks. There've been enough Dead Celtics.

For Bosh's sake, definitely not.  He's had a great career, and there's no reason to seriously risk his health for a few more wins.

The only way any team should consider this is if you can get him checked out by MULTIPLE independent medical staff, and get a unanimous agreement among all of them that he is healthy and that playing presents no risk to his health.

Anything less then that and I would say no way - I would never risk a player's life.

If you somehow could be (theoretically) totally confident that it's safe for him to play, then I would be all over it.  He would be a perfect fit alongside Horford as an inside/out threat with genuine length.

A good friend was hospitalized today for blood clots, so maybe I'm biased by that.  He hasn't responded that well to any one blood thinner, though, and it's been an ongoing issue.  I hope Bosh puts his health first here--nothing left to prove on the bball court.  Great player.

Forums need more polls...

Kick tyres? Yes.

Be morally rrsponsible for killing him? Maybe. He'd love Brad's system in his time as a mortal.

I don't understand the people saying bad things about bosh health wise. He won't see the basketball court unless doctors clear him.

what I meant was because of boshs circumstance, he has a higher medical hurdle to clear than the typical player. I believe he won't be let on the court unless his medical issues are 100% not going to be affected by basketball

I get what you're saying. I guess that whole Reggie Lewis thing is still just so painful to think about. That kid was one of the best Celtics ever and was just getting started.
