Cavs defense is going to be better because of this. The Celtics have to come out even harder instead of thinking they caught a break with Love out.

If our guys take it for granted, then the stage is set for a historical Lebron playoff game with our young guys as sacrificial lambs.

But I do think love was due for a good game

I wouldn't be surprised if multiple players had splits like these. None of these games have been really competitive. Each home game is lopsided one way, and it's more about playing keep away than anything else. Love is a +49 in Cleveland wins, and -51 in their losses. (This also coincides with Horford's effectiveness at home v. road)

I wouldn't get too excited about +/- stats in a series, though it is clear that Love was having trouble with Horford (and Horford's having troubles with TT).

So, Ty Lue has one day to adjust to his 2nd best player being out, and Brad Stevens has one day to adjust to his opponent's 2nd best player being out.

Sucks to hear injuries all-around, but the Celtics better capitalize this opportunity in Game 7.

Lose and they don't deserve to be in the finals this year.
Win and we'll never hear the end of ESPN, TNT and those bums making excuses for LeBron James and Kevin Love being out.

Well, he missed most of Game 6 and Boston still lost. His absence in Game 7 doesn't make me particularly hopeful.

Plus, this will only add to the pro-LeBron, anti-Celtics narrative: If the Cavs lose Game 7, well, the Celts got lucky because Love wasn't there; if the Cavs win, oh my goodness LeBron is so awesome!!

I was browsing lineups and even with a bad game 6, we are basically doing great when Al/Tatum/Rozier are out there together, and when one of those three are out we struggle.

JR Smith stops himself, I'm not worried about him.

We have to stop Hill though, he's killed us in several of our losses. Rozier has to step up his D on him.

At TD Garden, Kevin Love averaged 18/10 in the three games (Games 1, 2, 5).

Despite CLE still playing well without him AT HOME, I think going on the road could be a different story. We just got to execute better on both ends of the floor.
