I can see that, but they talked about it last year too. This team doesn't shy away from the spotlight.

And Kendrick Perkins desroys his knee in Game 6.  Jinx. ;)

This is some real fine basketball on display.

So after the two debacles last week, I didn't get a chance to see the Hawks game -- not that I was eager to, after what happened the previous two games -- but the C's had their act together, which was nice. Congrats. Now, do you think you can keep it going in consecutive games? Of course not. They've already missed about a half dozen shots from within 5 feet of the rim, Pierce missed two open threes, KG missed two open jumpers, and, as someone else noted, bad teams are staying in these games with open midrange jumpers. Bad, bad, bad, bad, bad. Real glad I tuned it today.

Games like this, C's should stop running their set & give Nate the ball and go.

LOL. Just pathetic. I hate this team sometimes. So sick of these pitiful games against teams they should be blowing out..

At this point (early in second quarter): Shaq is 6 for 7, rest of team is 6 for 22. Ugh.

Haha I called this one before the game started, like we all said, C's lose to bad teams and only play hard vs good teams, thats the way its gonna be this season.

We certainly do miss Rondo on both ends.

Hitting uncontested jumpers from the top of the key seem to be a consistent way that bad teams are staying in games with the C's.  Agonizing to watch.
This is where Shaq hurts us, along with penetration forcing help...

  • GOT IT!!!
This is a game where Perk would be controlling the paint on both ends of the floor.
