Rondo as Luke:
Preternaturally gifted, but not without his flaws. Still a little raw, and at times lacking in focus. Possessed of a self-confidence that borders on cockiness. But few can do what he can.
Perkins as Chewbecca:
To outsiders, he's a scowling menace, capable of ripping people's limbs off. To friends, he's a steadfast friend and protector, with a stout heart. And sometimes that Texas drawl is nearly as unintelligible as a Wookie's howl.
Pierce and Garnett as Han Solo and Lando Calrissian:
A couple of brash swashbucklers. Former rivals, now united in a common goal. I'd cast Pierce as Solo, for his longtime association with Perkins/Chewie; KG/Lando is the relative newcomer, and perhaps a bit more glib/charismatic.
Ray as Obi Wan:
Dispassionate and zen-like. Grace under pressure. Has a keen focus, and supreme dedication to his ritual.
Sheed as the anti-C3PO:
Does he ever stop chattering? These days, pretty much only good for comic relief, but on the rare occasions when he steps up, he steps up big.
Finley as Yoda:
Old. But still gets the job done.
