The problem is nobody pays attention to defense!!  Tell me 3 people aside from the regular "great" defenders in the league!  You probably can't.   

Tony Allen makes the highlight reels with his dunks, and isn't a starter, and actually does have offensive skills, while his dicision making is also offensive, I think to the outsider looking in for a couple of games, you might not notice that TA is a doggit defender.  I'll keep him on this team, but with a guy like that, he can sit 4-5 games and come in and harrass guys like , M. Redd, Joe Johnson, Billups, Lebron etc.
