I think this is more of a generational problem than just the Celtics. Even here, office staffs are so absorbed in looking at their phone and not entertaining clients.

maybe social media is also causing the refs to go blind.  They are no longer capable of observing the real world!!  Short attention span refs have to blow the whistle every 10 seconds or their heads explode with too much real life input!!   :o

There should be a no phone policy in the locker room And training areas like practice facility. No distractions

There are already NBA wide rules banning phones at the bench. But it should be extended to more areas
