I posted this in the Hayward thread already but I guess it deserves it's own thread because it is a big strike against us in I would think any free agent's eyes in any sport.

It really is crazy how Danny's son would undermine him like this for votes.

That's politics. Just as in this state hitting 'the rich' is always good for getting votes, even with pols who are plenty wealthy themselves to begin with.  That all said I'm sure GH can work around it with the help of a real good tax lawyer - or maybe Pagliuca can get one of his pals in the legislature to write in some fine print that exempts pro athletes.  Remember all these bills are written by lawyers so the devil is always in the details.
