I am not crazy about Irving's mediocre effort on defense - he allows penetration, leaves his man free on the perimeter and definitely does not hustle back in transition.

Is Stevens tough enough to make Irving play harder on defense ?
The Four Celtic Generals:

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:

LOLWAT. Irving has played INSPIRED defense tonight. He's not even out there right now while you're complaining about it... Have you even watched the game?
My biases, in order of fervor:
Pro:
Smart, Brown, Hayward, Tatum, Kemba, Grant Williams, Sleepy Williams, Edwards!

Anti:
Kanter, Semi, Theis, Poierier

He's not horrible on defense. Could be better but still upgrade over IT.

Huh? I think Irving has drastically outperformed expectations already on that side of the ball, and given what we've had instead of him the last several years, I'm completely satisfied with how he's played defensively.

??
This is the complete opposite of what I, and many others, have seen
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)
SF: Brandon Roy (08-09) / Walter Davis (78-79)
PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)
C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)
