People are still in denial that it's a lack of talent.  We thought we had as many as 5 stars this season.  We have 1.  It's Kyrie and a bunch of role players.  There's only so much you can do with 1 star in the NBA.

I seriously have no idea how this team got to the ECF last year.

This year the same guys are no shows and Hayward looks flat out scared.
