for those that might know.....when is afro samurai's 3rd season coming out?

i will try to come with this later this week

have to do my homework

any word on this edgar?

all i could find when i looked a few days ago is this:

Quote
Justice's appearance at the end of Resurrection suggests the possibility of a third installment, but no official statement has been made as of yet. Okazaki himself has said that he has a long-reaching plan for the story of Afro Samurai, and that he hopes to realize it "before he dies".

So for now it looks like the movies the last thing done on afro, but the creator is looking to do more.

p.s Eddy how did those downloads work for you?

thx for the info crownsy...tp for u

NP dark

Ed- What torrent program do you use?

Even so, those were torrents with a ton of peers and seeds

I use Utorrent to download, it's lightweight.

I had seen Grave Of The Fireflies when I was a kid and I had a distant memory of this movie. I just watched it again (or should I say for the "real" first time), and it's just brilliant.

So beautiful but so sad at the same time, it's hard not to cry at the end... the music is great and sad too, and so are the characters, especially Setsuko of course.

Great movie but really "disturbing" in a good way. :'(

If you have never seen it you should really watch it!

thanks
do u watch it on line?

I bought the DVD. But I think you can easily find it online, it's a masterpiece, well known all around the world so it should be available, even on Youtube I guess.

uTorrent is the best. But if you don't properly configure them, then you really aren't using the programs appropiately. It's important to portforward if you're behind a router hence why I put that link up since it has some good tutorials for a ton of different models. Also there are many trackers that ban different clients (I wouldn't be surprised if yours is), uTorrent is never banned. Bitcomet is hated in many places.

Really no need to port forward if your connection and download speeds are fine.

yea, i don't port forward with utorrent and i get good speeds.

That's what i'd try first ed, get utorrent, and let us know if that helps those two torrents i gave you.

For comparison, E7 (the 11.5 GB full series download) took me 17 hours i think. you should get speeds up near 120k a second, depending on how many seeds are on.

If the router supports Upnp you're fine or if you're lucky to get into a DHT swarm. Otherwise you have to rely on torrents that have a lot of seeds and pray that you're connectable to some of seeds/peers. Otherwise, it's good practice to portforward if you really want the program to run at its capabilities.

Yeah I love Utorrent. There is never a problem with trackers not working with it. I am on a wireless network and I still get about 200kb a second. If I use Bakabt.com as the search site (as opposed to demonoid/mininova/isohunt) I get over 1mb a second. It is the best anime search site out there. They keep only good quality files, the best fansub groups only and almost every file has tons of seeds. All you have to do is register and keep a 1:1 leech to seed ratio.

I usually get all my crap from IRC. Else, tokyotosho.info and boxtorrents (haven't used it in years) usually do, but I rarely need to find batch torrents since I get my stuff as they come out from IRC bots, and I'd rather go directly to the group's trackers if available.

Boxtorrents became bakabt earlier in the year. :P
