There’s no real equivalent of “great defense, historically bad offense” in the NFL. Those guys are All-Pro defenders in the NFL.

Good point I hadn't thought of it that way. I had thought of it like an intense player who makes good plays but also screws up in strange ways more than his fair share leading to diverse opinions.
Also hoped to come to a kind of consensus as to how important he is to the team. Mildly important? Very important?
