generally speaking if I already addressed something I won't (for my own sanity) answer them again. I won't be ignoring anyone, just encouraging you to scan the thread. there's a lot of work to being a commish, so I'm trying to streamline it all. *thanks*

Welcome to the 2016 CelticsBlog Draft!

A few reminders:

1. The time listed on the draft board is when your pick is due.

2. If you miss your pick, you will be replaced by our alternate. He's ready and waiting. (If you will — or think you might — miss your pick, send another GM a list and ask them to make your pick. As of now I only have one list, for OKC's #5 pick.)

The only exception to this missed pick rule are the picks immediately preceeding the LUNCH break and the end of the round. Those GMs will be given some latitude (as with past drafts) since they aren't holding anyone up.

3. If a pick is missed and you're next WAIT. The commish or our alternate will make a pick shortly per the rules, then you can pick. Don't worry, there's 10 min between picks... we'll all get there friend.

4. If a GM picks before his assigned deadline, the next GM can pick early, but is not required to.

5. PLEASE make your picks in red.

6. Have fun. Scroll text. Meme well.
