Gordon flippin' Hayward ladies and gentlemen. The amount of people who still consistently underrate him shock me. Yeah he suffered a dramatic injury, but I see no reason why he won't return to the stellar form he had in Utah over the last few seasons. In fact, under Brad, I think he may very well be better than ever. His offensive game is so complete, it's quite unreal to think of the possibilities.

Not to mention the return of this guy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0COfbjPqHto

The offensive possibilities of a Kyrie-Jaylen-Hayward-Tatum-Horford lineup are endless.

The blog has gotten a bit bogged down in 'what if' syndrome. What if we traded for Kawhi? What if LeBron and PG/Kawhi/CP3 go to LAL? What if Philly trade for Kawhi or George? What if we move up into the top 5 on draft night?
I thought a couple of visual reminders of what superstars we have returning might lift some spirits!

Absolutely can't wait to see these guys playing together!

As a starting five they could very well be shooting over 40% from three, maybe more since they're all threats and we could be getting more open looks because of it. We could be at GSW levels of three point shooting easily. Not only that, but all 5 can also create their own shots.

Should be a fun season, let's hope that Ainge doesn't make a major move that breaks this up.

I think Kyrie/Brown/Tatum/Hayward/Horford is a team that beats Golden State next season. All 5 guys can run a pick and roll from either side or spot up for 3 and I have a feeling they're going to fit together nicely.

I can't wait.

He'll never be the same. Look at Paul George. That's what we've got coming.*

*I don't actually believe that, but somebody had to say it. We're Celtics fans. Blind optimism cannot go unchecked.

That might mean anything if Paul George didn't return better in 15-16 than he was pre-injury. If what you mean to say is that his scoring and assist numbers will go up, then I tend to agree with you

I'll use the smilies next time to make sure that people realize it was a joke.

I think he will physically be fine. Mentally he will have to get over things
