What would have been the 2019-2020 NBA Season would have finally ended earlier this week. The Bucks would've celebrated their franchise's 2nd championship, against the Lakers.

On an unrelated note- ah, I was rewatching clips of the 2008 NBA Finals last night. 12 years ago, so fast. Looks like we really are due for another 22-year drought.

It really is too bad we didn't get to see the Celtics dismantle the Bucks as Giannis slowly begin to realize that if he wants to win a championship it will have to be with another franchise, all while watching Tatum and Brown become two-way superstars, Hayward return to form, Walker pull up for 4 threes a game against Lopez's backpedaling, and Robert Williams show how he is one of the only players in the NBA that can match Giannis' length, quickness, jumping.

It would be so fantastic if he choked a game away at some stage during the playoffs

How does Lebron not have PTSD from that moment? GM Lebron is one of the worst GMs ever.

With AB not playing and JR in ,  this just makes the LA team unlike able from top to bottom.

Leave it to James to assemble such team .

Losing AB this season will hurt the Lakers more than they are letting on.

He was one of their best perimeter defenders and played a HUGE role in their win versus the Clippers this year - with 24 points.

I doubt he'll put up those numbers EVERY game but he's good for double figures and STEADY in your face defense.

Their team IS weaker without him.

That window of theirs JUST got a LITTLE narrower.

I'm pretty sure Jokic is also coming from Serbia and he had recently tested positive.

This whole thing is so dumb. Whoever gets to play the Nets in the first round basically gets a bye. Deandre Jordan just opted out. Durant and Irving are not going. Chandler out. Dinwiddie just tested positive. I get guys like Jordan and Chandler are not amazing players. But they are still better than whatever G-league guys the Nets replace them all with.

Meanwhile there were more than 6000 cases and 58 deaths in Florida reported today, but hey, basketball...

People still want these guys to all go?

Anyone watching these scrimmages?

LBJ has some serious grey in his beard now.

The broadcasting is so weird

The Nets were going to be a first round bye anyways; they were 5 games under .500. And this isn't "dumb". Actually it's quite the opposite. The results of this bubble will be vital to the near future for all sporting events and entertainment events in general. Maybe I'm just an optimist, but this seems like a overly pessimistic take.
