Sounds like the Kaberle deal is done (they are reportedly on trade call with league right now).  Kaberle for Joe Colburn, B's 2011 first rounder, and an undisclosed pick.

I like this deal for the Bruins.  I don't think Kaberle is great, but he is someone they desperately need.  I also am not high on Colburn (big forwards who don't play physical rarely work out), and the B's pick simply was superfluous, given all the young guys and picks they have.

Reportedly they are also working on a separate deal with Atlanta for Peverley and Valabik.

Peverley is a decent center (basically a 15-20 goal guy), but certainly not that top 2 line forward I think the B's still need.

Overall I am OK with these trades, but if they don't go for the big time forward, I am still going to be disappointed.

Expecting the Bruins to be silent today with the moves they have already made.

6 straight wins on the road.  First time I really feel like the B's to win the Cup.

Best regular season stretch I've ever seen them play.

7 consecutive wins for the Bruins and beating the Lighting who had a tied record with us for second.

These guys are legit.

Bad turnover in OT to end the winning streak, but at least the Bs picked up a point.

Didn't catch the game yet, but I heard the guy had to get taken to the hospital.  Prayers go out to him and his family.

He's moving arms and legs.  He got smacked right into the right angled glass at the edge of the bench.  His head was leaning in over the boards and basically hit a wall.

Good to hear his arms and legs are moving.  Again thoughts and prayers out to him.  Who was the player again?  My dad didn't know his name when he told me.

I don't know his name!

I don't watch a ton of hockey, but the Bruins sucked me in for tonight's game.  Big letdown.

I'll look it up and let you know.  I feel bad not knowing his name.

Oh and sorry for the Bruins letting you down tonight.  They've done that to a lot of people over the years.

That's been their M.O. for years, unfortunately.

Max Pacioretty is his name.  Oh and wouldn't be surpised if Chara got suspended a couple of games for the hit.
