Wood has played his way into being a valuable player, so that's unlikely.
Tucker might cost a first, but why not? Why fret about a slight overpay if it adds something important to your team that's difficult to do? He's 35 so the clock is ticking, but he's an elite defender and perfectly happy to stand in the corner and pop 3's on offense, and he's great at it. Theis is OK at covering some forwards, and OK as a 3 point shooter, but Tucker is great at both.
If they would take our 1st for this year, we absolutely should do it. Elite, flexible defense at power forward, shooting/spacing, maturity, doesn't need the ball. Fairly cheap. Perfect.
