I’d sit Brown for Smart. Brown is clearly the least efficient of the group, as well as the worst passer and rebounder. Replacing his defence with Smart is how I’d go, and Smart is a much better passer, while being a similarly poor shooter.

I also think Brown would benefit from being a more focal point of our bench lineups offence, and it would make Terry shoot less hopefully.

I wouldn’t mind Baynes starting, but I don’t see it happening.
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)
SF: Brandon Roy (08-09) / Walter Davis (78-79)
PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)
C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

Tatum or Hayward

Aside from Hayward, both Tatum and Brown are struggling because they have yet to find their niche. Tatum was used as the primary option in last year's post season. Now he's struggling to find his rhythm and taking ill-advised shots also affected his efficiency heavily. Maybe being the focal point on the 2nd unit can gain back his shooting touch without disrupting the team offense.

As for Brown, he's better off as a starter but he needs to play more like an off ball player. Spotting up 3s, back dooring to the rim and slashing to the basket should be his primary role.

Start Baynes and you will still have a solid balanced lineup.

If Brad decide to bench someone it's not the one that plays poorly but the one that not give it all
So far it's Brown
