I heard they're expanding the roster size to 20 for all NBA teams next year.

No to trading down. Makes no sense as the Celtics don't need more youth, but certain players to fill possible needs next year

I think it's far more likely we trade 2 or all 3 picks to move up a couple spots, if possible. No way we're trading down unless there's a player or future pick involved.

we do not need more picks but maybe cheeper contracts... anyway i see us having kyrie smart brown tatum hayward ojeleje horford williams baynes next year.... there 6 more spots... 2 veterans 4 picks.. i do not see davis leaving the pelicans

Not sure about trading down, but may be interested in moving picka for players still on rookie deals... DSJ, Bender, Mudiay come to mind and I'm sure there are a few others.
