So many people do not see the whole picture.   All this talk about 8th seed or 9th seed.  Whats better for "the Boston Celtics"?

Does anyone know what the NBA pays each team that make the playoffs?  Like TV ratings, Jersey Sales, Ticket Sales etc.    I'm pretty sure the owner ship has a good idea how much money they make when they sell out the Garden for a home layoff game?   

Does anyone know if the get Extra $ from TV deals or the NBA for just making the playoffs? 

Does anyone know what tie breakers decide seeding. 

Like if you have the same record, do they go to the tie breaker head to head or the conference record first?

Ignore that URL, it's got the current data on it. Multiply that, by this:

Gives you the capacity for each arena.


Assume that playoff tickets will be more expensive.
