Busy day..Better late than never with the poll.

Nice job not walking away empty handed today.  The Captain carried the load today.

PP 3
RR 2
KG 1 for the winner on an otherwise crappy day for him
Yup

Pierce - 2 pts - Carried the Team today in all areas

Perk - 2 pts - Took it to another level with 16 pts, 13 boards, plus 4 blocks.

Rondo - 1 - Near triple double.

KG - 1 - Game winner, but struggled most of game.

Notes: I have not seen any games yet this year...my question is this: Is Rondo REALLY this bad on defense? How did Nate Rob torch us for 19 pts? Or is this the teams fault?

I apologize I know this is for another thread, but in almost every game so far I look at the box score and all I see are opponents guards having stat-filling games......

I am in Rondo's corner forever, but I can't wait to see a game for myself.

PP 3 - An impressive showing carrying the team in that way only he manages to do

Perk 2 - For his usual unsung hero role. I'd have given him 3 if he hadn't tried to take a charge allowing Lee to make the game tying layup behind his back at the end of the 4th

RR - 1 - For his work during the 3rd quarter really the only stretch time the team looked decent

Sorry KG game winners just don't impress me anymore after the team loses a double digit lead.

Mike: Everybody 60 or over knows Tommy as a player. Everybody 40 or over knows Tommy as a coach. Everybody 20 or over knows Tommy as a broadcaster. And everybody 10 or under thinks he's Shrek.

I'm curious GreenFaith why haven't you seen any games if you don't mind my asking? Are you avoiding them to save your sanity or lower your blood pressure like my twin is trying to do this season?

Pierce 3, Perk 3.

As much as the game winner was nice, KG played a terrible game, so I can't reward him.  The same things go with near triple doubles; I couldn't care less, if they come in a sloppy, inconsistent effort.

Pierce 3, for being The Truth once again, and one each for Rondo, Perk and KG. While KG's game came up way short, he did get the game-winning basket ... and it may just be the spark that turns this down-slide around, (crosses fingers).
