Houston put Barry on Scal. No respect. :D
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

no interior defense off the bench whatsoever

We lack in size, but Powe & BBD are playing hard

They're getting outplayed

Wow. What is up with this team? Houston missing Battier and McGrady and Yao on the bench and they closed the lead to 1. And, what is the worst idea of the night so far, Big Baby guarding Yao or Scal guarding Artest?

pruitt at the point with eddie at SG= ball movement and good looks, bench holds seven point lead for 5 minutes.

Eddie at the point= no good looks as he gives up the ball ASAP to ray to go try to get open, 6-0 rocket run.

The lesson?

set my pruitt free!

No they aren't.

The Celtics have given back this lead because of perimeter defense. Baby has play great and Powe has held his own.

fun game, count how long yao stays in the paint with no one to gaurd when rajon has the ball on a pick and roll.

I counted 5 seconds right there.

No spark in this team -- none. And it was good to hear Dickerson talking before the game about how Doc is partially blaming this bad streak on the fact that these are the dog days of the season. Way to be an enabler, Doc.

Wow some of the negativity is out of hand. They are playing a very good basketball team. One many pundits picked to go all the way. The Celtics are playing really good ball but so are the Rockets. It's a good game.

Oh I'll take KG, even if he isn't Big Al in the paint.

And, I for one don't consider 9 points in the first few minutes of the second quarter a big lead. It's not even a comfortable lead. In this league, this early, no lead is safe.

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
Yao is just schooling Perk.

Rondo and Perk getting outplayed badly by Brooks and Yao and that's the difference in this game.

christ rajon, learn to hit a FT.

I should not be able to beat a starting level NBA PG by shooting FT's in horse.
