Any chance Kevin McHale could spend a month with him?

Rob's biggest weakness is his inability to create off the dribble.  He has zero handle.  These  videos are all catch and shoot stuff, which is cool, but not really going to move the needle for him much offensively.
How much creation do you expect off the dribble from the 5th option?

Just want him to be able to make a move with a dribble off the floor. Could literally be one dribble given his length. He rarely does this.  Make him a triple threat.  Something most forwards and some centers have.  Not asking him to become Tiny Archibald.

Sure but even just adding a consistent catch-and-shoot would be a big boost from where he is now and frankly, I think that's all that would be needed on this talented team.

Rob is such an incredible threat at the rim, if he develops a reliable 12-15 footer he'll be open for it a lot. And if he starts hitting, that makes the defense think twice and will get him more opening around the rim as a result.

All good stuff.

This is really all I want.  I’d have liked him to take that shot a couple of times again anyhow because it’s there.
