I'ma try look for how many times I see opportunities for JT to pass to JB and vice versa.

Like, actual times where it'd be the right pass to make, but is passed up on.

If there aren't as many as you'd hope, it means it's a system issue. If there's too many, it's more likely to be personal?

What an awful call.  That's not a foul on Smart.

JB to JT passes: 1/1

JT to JB passes: 0/0

I'm keeping a running tally of times where passing between them was "the right pass", and times they actually passed.

That is one of the worst calls I can recall seeing. It's the first quarter in a relatively unimportant game, so it's not the biggest deal. But my goodness, that would be a shameful call for a high school official to make.

I would never go that far... some of those refs I suspect are legitimately blind

I'd go with "purposefully blind". I swear some just hate fun.

Had a game a while ago where I tapped an opponent on the chest and said "hey, nice shooting dude" and this one old ref lady ran at me, super angry, shouting "DON'T TOUCH HIM!!!" So I say "I'm just saying good shooting!" while patting him on the back twice and she calls a foul :')

Like, what? :]]

.edit.ps: I suppose G-league players get G-league refs hey?

C’s should post up Vanfleet every time. Make them double.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

JT to JB passes: 0/0

Is this going to be a running total throughout the game thread?
I hope so

I'll throw it in every so often. I've got this in a separate document on the other screen. If I remember, I'll put timestamps on missed opportunities so we can review.

JB to JT passes: 2/2

JT to JB passes: 0/1

I'm keeping a running tally of times where passing between them was "the right pass", and times they actually passed.
