  • Peace it's a board. We all will never agree.
When we get use to having him he goes down. We should have kept Moses and not signed Kanter.
Surely we did not need to include Moses to get Jrich. But we had to save a buck. My fear is when we need Rob in the playoff someone from the other team will hurt him because he is not big to take a hit.
But when he is going he sure is fun to watch. Nobody wins the Finals with a hurt center aka Perkins.

Moses Brown?  The guy who has played 18 minutes for the Mavs this year?  That Moses?
Ya that Moses. Dallas is deep at the 5.

If I remember the reporting right, the C's dumped Moses because they didn't want him. This, after OKC - deep in rebuilding mode - dumped him on us. Now he's in Dallas, not even playing.

He has some nice stat lines last year but it seems like no team that actually spends time with him wants him on the floor.

Jabari Parker would have some very nice stat lines as well if he played 30 MPG. It would not really contribute to us winning more though.

I'm hoping Bruno Fernando will develop. I have a lot more confidence in him than in Moses Brown.

I really like the way Bruno moves on the court. I like his energy. The Celtics haven't show much interest in playing him yet but I wouldn't be surprised if he developed into something.

His problem has never been talent. He’s always been impactful on the floor even in limited minutes. His issue is and has been can his body hold up over a longer period of time to be a legit starter caliber big man.

Yep. He keeps improving and has all sorts of potential, but he cannot stay healthy.

Why was it Stevens gave this guy a contract extension when he has yet to have anything close to a healthy season ?
And sure enough, he is currently out again, with a mysterious combination of nagging injuries that never seem to completely go away.

Hope they trade both TimeLord & Smart for something but with their extension, it’s unlikely

SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark

Williams has a highly meaningful and positive impact on the game despite never needing the ball, or “his shots”. He’s the opposite of what ails this team.

Get rid of that guy!!

Williams can't stay healthy and Ime does him no favors by starting him.  He has talent but can't stay on the floor.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

I feared that this might be the way with him. Ideally, he should be a 24MPG guy if 30+ is too much.
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)
SF: Brandon Roy (08-09) / Walter Davis (78-79)
PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)
C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

30+ is too much for Horford as well.

Agreed. 24 each with very little two-big lineups. Kanter to play spot minutes as needed.

I'd roll with:

Schroder (30) / Pritchard (18)
Smart (24) / Richardson (20) / Langford (4)
Brown (32) / Langford (10) / Nesmith (6)
Tatum (34) / G-Will (14)
R-Will (24) / Horford (24)

Kanter, Parker & Juancho as the depth. Of course, Ime would never do this as he is thus far very stubborn with his garbage rotations

He’s not “talented”. He’s skilled.

disagree. He isn't skilled very much at all. Relies almost solely on athletic ability

His defensive communication seems to have become a strength. I think that would qualify as a skill.

His passing isn’t a skill? His rebounding isn’t a skill? His defensive talk Isnt a skill? His shot blocking isn’t a skill? His footwork isn’t a skill?
