Is there any chance the lakers don’t make the play in game? It seems unlikely given how many more bad teams there are in the west than, but is it possible? Lebron or ad are not exactly cal Ripken at this stage of their careers.

I think if healthy they make the play-in. However, that is a big assumption for AD

Davis blows.  In a game he had to step up and play huge he had 20 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists.  Took 17 shots making 7.  what an awful game from a guy that is supposed to be great.

Imagine 20-6-3 being terrible.

Oh also,

I'm happy Russ got his trip dub :]

What a stunningly beautiful mess they are hey?
Yes.  that was a game that Davis had to step up and he didn't do it.  The Lakers needed him and he was no where to be found.

As far as individual players go, Davis is the biggest disappointment BY FAR this season.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

I think the Lakers are pretty safe to make the play-in game in the West.  Only 5 teams will be left out, and it seems unlikely that they’ll fall behind any of Houston, OKC, Sac, New Orleans, or San Antonio.  In the East, they’d be in a bit more trouble this year, but they’ve got a cushion out West.

Wow Cleveland playing really impressive even without Mobley or Sexton. Up on the Suns at the half by 5. They very well could still lose, but have to be impressed with how hard they are playing. I was way off on them in the offseason.

Their coach looks legit!

As does Garland, who I really wanted coming out of college :P

Man shaping up for a rough night for the east. Lakers rallied to beat pacers (did have to play Lebron 43 minutes including overtime). Rockets on verge of massive of Bulls (haven't seen any of that, curious what happened there). Heat and Wolves neck and neck end of third. Pelicans stomping the wizards. Only the Hawks showed up to beat the spurs. Would have been a good night to throw a little money on the underdogs.

Weird foul just now in that Bulls game.

Dude hits a three, falls down, gets called for a foul.

That probably cost them the game.

It really did.

And it shows how reviews REALLY aren't a 100% win.

That was such a terrible, terrible call. And it stood. Because the ref was bad.

That lead shrunk pretty quick. Warriors now up 2.

GSW playing great basketball. Very likable and entertaining team. They are the early favorites to win it all. Curry playing MVP basketball. Credit must go to Kerr and their GM.
