i just think something has to change quick for this team to be considered a legit threat...right now i just don't see it
I hear ya.  This last month or so has been a lot for us top suffer as fans.  But, I'm still hoping that we'll be all-hands-on-deck come Game One next weekend and we'll give the Sixers or Knicks a good workout before moving onto a Miami rematch.

Gotta just keep in mind: Miami is nowhere near as good as they were today; and we're not nearly as bad.

Keep the faith.

I was encouraged by our ball movement and inside scoring in the first quarter.  Then...well, then the roof fell in.  We've been very poor at answering runs by our opponents.  We're very bad at closing quarters of late, also.  Those two together make for a very bad combo, especially against premiere teams.  And, shoot, can we please find a way to get Ray more shots??  Good Lord!

He seems to go missing quite often lately.  When he and Rondo are both rolling, we're next-to-impossible to beat.  When they're not...

But, see, Ray is strange like that.  Recall last year he would be ghost for stretches -- especially in playoff series.  I don't think it's so much age.  I think it's a product of ball movement and team play.  Too much iso and Ray is useless practically.

Doc defending Rondo some in his postgame comments, saying you can't set the pace when the opponent shoots 51% and gets every rebound, and that affected Rondo the most

Jermaine Oneal and Kristic combine for 0 rebounds. That's a pretty good way of gettin that done

I agree with this, but I see very frequently we try to get Ray shots, to a fault...which leads to a lot of rushed shots at the end of the shot clock....a lot of these shots are BBD shots instead of Ray Allen jumpers.

Our second unit just ain't that great.

but this team can't score...they can't rebound...they don't defend and they look mentally weak. i have never seen A team go from dominate to just bad so quickly.
