When Kyrie doesn't play I'm more confident in our chances against 80% of the league.

It's sad.

What the heck happened with Brown not playing?

That is the mystery of the game.  17 min is not a good way to take advantage of Brown, he needs more minutes.

celtics game plan "who got the hot hand? dont pass him anymore"

It's like they didn't watch the film of how the Spurs kept feeding LaMarcus Aldridge who tore us a new one the other night.

If we had lost this game you can bet that many of us here would be much more critical of this.  Let's keep feeding Morris who was ice cold instead.

I don't know why Morris is out there closing games when the Celtics need smart basketball to close out a win, but whatever.  I'll take the W

As a basketball player right now, Morris is smarter than Jaylen Brown.

No, he is not. In any way.

Are they trying to keep him out of a trade?

It could be a number reasons.

But one thing's for sure, Celts have too many players of the same kind.

That will not happen again next season when the Celts trade for AD.

unlikely

better get used to this lineup, because it is going to look like this for years to come

Tatum scoreless in the second half.

Doing his invisible man act.
Was that his fault though. The hottest player in the game, they went to him twice early, where he missed both on poor shot selection, and they never went to him again.
That's the team MO. Everyone else "needs their's as well so it can be fun".

If anything with Kyrie out, there are a WHOLE lot more guard minutes to go around.
It makes zero sense.

We don't have to worry about Tatum soon.

The Pels will be happy to have him.

It makes zero sense.

Smart, Rozier, and Hayward, that's 3 guards right there.

The 4th guard usually ends up getting the fewest minutes.
