I'm convinced Rubio Griffin is better than Thabeet Griffin.  Thabeet Griffin looks perfect, but I think that's why people are high on Thabeet.....he looks so good. But how long will it take for him to become a defensive force?  And when he gets there will he have acquired any offense in the meantime.  I'm a huge fan of defense, keeping Perk etc...But I think Rubio is the surer thing in terms of value.  I think you can sign a defensive center easier than a PG with special talent, who supposedly is a also a good defender.

Here's what I'm going with: (Picks are taken from NBAdraft.net).

Top five - Griffin, Harden

Lottery - DeRozan, Teague

First round - Johnson, Holiday, Mullens

Second round - Adrien, Collison, Green

Hmm ... fun exercise. I'll give it a go, I'll use Draft Express' mock draft.

Top Five -- Ricky Rubio and Blake Griffin
Lottery -- Tyreke Evans and DaJuan Blair -- possibly Holiday instead of Blair
1st Round -- Eric Maynor, Sam Young, Earl Clark -- secondary interest in Hansbrough and Terrance Williams.
2nd Round -- Patrick Mills, Danny Green, Derrick Brown -- tempted by Damion James and Toney Douglas too.

I don't watch college basketball except for the odd occasion, so my knowledge on all of these players is second hand, but these are the guys that have sounded the most interesting to me.

“Being a Celtic is, every decision you make is about the team. Every cut you make is about the team. Every pass you make is about the team. You take yourself out of it. It’s not for everyone. If you don’t want to win, don’t want to play team basketball, and it’s more about you then you’re probably not a Celtic." Doc 2010
