  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
Florida, Michigan State, Louisville and Arizona. Watch out for Kansas if Embiid is 100% and Iowa State (when they get hot, they get HOT).

I'm looking at North Dakota State, SF Austin, Harvard and Mercer to be tough outs as well.

I have them beating OU in my bracket.

And Mercer, boy, I'll be smiling ear to ear if they beat Duke. Doesnt matter if they bust my bracket...

im calling upset. NC State over Saint Louis.

And im starting to get why triboy is high on TJ Warren. He's good.

I've got that too.  Play-in game winners (the at-large teams, not the 16s) tend to do very well in the next round.  Partly because they've got a game under their belt, and partly because being the last teams in usually means you finished the regular season strong.  I think the Iowa-Tennessee winner will likely take out UMass too.

I have the NC State and Iowa/Tenn as play in upsets as well.  I am just not sold on St. Louis.  They didn't beat anyone decent the whole year.

Round one upsets (admittedly arbitrary picks):

Pittsburg wins, hard to call a 9 seed over an 8 an upset.
OKC St. Will be the other 9 seed to win.

I am grabbing Dayton to beat Ohio St for the heck of it.
Nebraska to beat Baylor.
NC St over St Louis.
Arizona St over Texas.

My only surprise pick in round 2 is for Kentucky to beat Wichita St. This should be a fun game. Raw talent and size vs best team ball in the tournament.

Still pretty early but Ohio State is looking discombobulated.

Also still too early to tell, but you can not get excited.

#15 American is taking it to #2 Wisconsin.

Edit.

So much for that. Badgers up by 10 now...

The first game of the tournament is great! So close!

I am pulling for Dayton for my bracket.

My bracket is busted, but what a great opening game!

That was so close for Aaron Craft.

Quite an ending to that game.  I had Ohio State winning, so my bracket's already in trouble.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

I hope no one picked Colorado! How are they getting slammed this badly?

Harvard putting in good work so far though.

I had Ohio State winning too!   Well not the end of the world for my bracket, I had OSU losing in the next round anyway.

Great job by Dayton at the end.  Sanford made a great move, and hit a clutch shot.  Is Harvard next?  Cinci doesn't look like the better team right now.

Great game between Dayton and Ohio State.  I had Ohio St like most people but I wasn't getting that billion anyway.
