  • GOT IT!!!
The streak is nice but I’d rather see the team executing well. The offense has taken a nose dive. Have too many good scorers on the team for that to be a problem.

Down by 15, game over  :'(

Um, you would think after just the other night with coming back from a 17 point deficit to the best team in the league that a 15 point first quarter deficit to a bottom-5 team would not invoke this type of post.

Can't always be doing this man. Trailing by 17 or 20 every other night is unacceptable and is a cause for downfall down the road. Celtics gotta start off firing in all cylinders. The Hawks are a motivated bunch tonight. They want to be THE TEAM to snap that 14-game winning streak, that's their motivation!

Hawks hot from 3. There's a lot of game left. We'll come back.
My biases, in order of fervor:
Pro:
Smart, Brown, Hayward, Tatum, Kemba, Grant Williams, Sleepy Williams, Edwards!

Anti:
Kanter, Semi, Theis, Poierier

ok I dont have a stream, missed score watching until I just got home.
I was worried about this being the classic let down trap game.
So is that what it looks like so far?  Have we finished celebrating beating the warriors yet?

Hawks up 29-15 lol.

If it makes anyone fell any better, GS is down double digits to the Sixers.

It would cheapen our win over them if they lose to the Sixers.

Lol i was thinkin more along the lines of... "it can happen to anybody" kinda thing lol

Both teams are getting good shots but we are missing ours and the Hawks are getting to the line!

Oh, I definitely agree. I just think it's quite a bit too early to be saying "game over" given what's happened in the streak so far.

The ref was behind the play, but somehow called a foul on Brown on the contact in front of the players?? Lots of soft calls going against us right now.

Either way, pathetic display by the C's out there.

Back in '87 I used to get p---ed watching the C's sleepwalk.  This seems similar.  Chucking it and just hoping it goes in, along with toreador defense on the speedier opponents.  We aren't cooked yet, but will need to get this under control.  Maybe one of our bench guys can bring some spark.

These are some ridiculously soft calls going both ways.

Would be nice to see this team jump out to good starts like they did before.

Now it's sluggish starts followed by big deficits followed by comeback wins lol.

If Jaylen doesn't improve his FTs, we will be seeing hack-a-jaylen at some point.
