The Bruins are seriously unbeatable right now. The only way I don't see them making it back to the finals is if they get riddled with injuries or lose Zdeno Chara or Tim Thomas in the playoffs.

Number one...knock on wood. ;)

Number two...man you are right. They are so fun to watch. Against the best competition they just look tougher than everyone else. And now they consistently score as opposed to last year. It's a special team to watch.

Not number one yet, even though basically every sports announcer was saying that during the game and after. The Flyers are still ahead due to wins. But yeah, Peter Chiarelli has put together a fantastic young team with years of greatness ahead. Even people who aren't on the team yet have star potential. (We picked up Dougie Hamilton with the #5 pick and he is doing ridiculous in the D league.

The Bs actually have one more win that the Flyers right now, and have the same number of points.  Very impressive, based upon how they started.  (Que the inevitable questions on whether they're peaking too soon.)

Don't underestimate running up against a red hot goaltender in the playoffs.  That is a great equalizer.

Bruins are looking real good right now but its only mid-December. Still a long way to go.  Stay healthy and they're in great shape.

Hockey standings are confusing, but the second tie-breaker, which was a new item which came from the 2010-2011 regular season, are the greater number of games won, EXCLUDING games won in the shootout. Thus, Philly has 20 and Boston has 18 on the season when considering ROW as the second tie-breaker to determine which team is actually in first place in the Conference

Ah, gotcha.  Thanks for the clarification.
