They looked locked in tonight. A little sloppy with ball security at times, but the energy on defense and ball movement was there.

Good old-fashioned beating. Just what we needed to start second half and just what we needed to give to Embid. Very happy with this game and man Kornet is a beast.

Was looking deeper into the box score, Craig was credited with 3 blocks, 2 rebs, and an assist in 9 minutes.  No FGA and no points,  Ended up at -1 overall, but was +7 when playing with regulars, he was -8 with garbage time line ups.  Seems like he understands what he needs to do to get minutes.  Still seems a little lost out there to me but it takes some time.

3-point shooting was good, but Tatum, Brown, and Hauser combined for 5 for 18.  Good thing everyone else was hitting them.  I guess that is how it is going to go when you take 54 3PA.

I have zero sympathy for this dude. He could have seriously injured Porzingis. His style of play and flopping is very reckless. Even against other teams he will just barrel into guys' knees or ankles and those guys risk injury because of it. And frankly, I don't think he's helping his own injuries/health by resorting to it either. You have a chronic knee injury and you're just diving to the floor to draw foul calls every play??

I think at some point, the Sixers have to shift to building around Maxey. Embiid will be at the end of his leash soon. His version of healthy is playing a little over half his games.

On the flopping note, my least favorite series I can remember was actually the Harden and Embiid flop fest. It's just not fun basketball. If someone uses their size like Shaq and gets 50 free throws? So be it. A 290 pound center falling over when a 210 pound guard runs into you? That's not basketball man

Good video. It's gotten more and more obvious every time the Celtics play them, but they hunt Embiid. They've never been scared of his defense.
