I'm not a huge fan of junk stats.

A decline is inevitable, but he's still the best player in the NBA, and it's not all that close.

Last season was his second most efficient season, his second best in assist percentage,  his third best in rebounding percentage, etc.

Does Win% stand for winning percentage?

And I'd also like some source for this graphic if possible.

I think we will get to the nba finals sooner than people think
This is yet another example of making the stats say what you want them to say.  More specifically, the regression (i.e., the curve or line drawn) is strongly influenced by his rookie year which is a very low value, perhaps an outlier.  Take that point out (easy to justify) and I bet there is no upward trend in the first half of his career, or really any trend at all for his entire career.  The eye can be fooled by a strong upward trend early on, making it seem like he is in strong decline more recently.
