Wise move. There are other things in life, and he's done it all and then some in the NFL. GOAT, nothing left to prove.

Him and Ben is shaping up to be a great HOF class. See if anyone else goes with them.

I am SHOCKED. I never figured he'd let himself go out on anything but a title.

Glad he can go out healthy, successful, and rich.  And clearly the GOAT!

I’m surprised that he’s retiring considering he had an MVP caliber season. Kinda sucks that he’s hanging it up when he still can play at the highest level. Giselle has wanted him to retire for years and Brady had previously said that his body will tell him when it’s time.

She wanted him to retire but it absolutely doesn't mean that the decision was hers alone.  He's middle-aged, worth god knows how much money, most teammates and opposing players are 15-20 years younger, and there's a lot he can devote his life to other than playing a game: his kids, philanthropy, business....  I'll bet he agrees with Gisele that enough is enough.

Agreed. It was a wise decision , there's a lot more to life than the NFL and he's not getting any younger. A happy wife makes a happy life though!

I'm surprised Gronk even managed to last this long. Health wise, he has not come out of this nearly as well as Brady. Brady probably looked at him and said I'd better retire before I end up like that.
