I don't know if this thread will take off or not, but I saw a quote today from Bob Marley and I thought it was really simple yet really effective and I wanted to share it:

Don't gain the world and lose your soul, wisdom is better than silver and gold. - Bob Marley.

In this thread, I'd like to see you post famous quotes that are inspirational, motivational or just personal favorites. They don't have to be similar to the above example, they just have to be meaningful.

One of the best lessons I ever took from sports. TP for thread, but I think the KG quote was Wooden(?) or maybe Dean Smith. It was definitely around before KG though.
