Showtime, Matty Ice or Megatron fantasy HELP! plz

For anyone that is an avid follower of fantasy football, can I have your opinion please?

I'm in a 12 team, 2 QB, .5 PPR, KR yds with 2 we/te slots added. Linear draft. I draft 11th. Keepers retain draft order of previous year.

My strategy in this league is to NEVER keep a guy where he is valued because I can draft someone else in his spot. That is why I'm conflicted with Calvin at 23 vice Tate at 71. Should I take the value over the upside in this case? What would you do?

1. Andrew Luck- 8th round - no brainer
2. Jarvis Landry- final round - last round, no brainer

Need to choose 1 of
1. Golden Tate - 6th round - 71 overall - need to assume Calvin will play 13 games again, don't I?
2. Calvin Johnson - 2nd round - 23rd overall - still infinite upside, last year should be his low year, right?
3. Matthew Ryan (finished 11th overall in my league last year) - 2 QB league - 1st round - 11th overall -he's a stud but new offense will slow him, correct?
4. Joique bell - 14th round - 127 overall - pretty insane value; focus on Abdullah handcuff?
