kendall marshall: what's his ceiling?

This thread is to list college players you're having a hard time judging
in terms of ceilng.

This draft will be mainly about the bigs.  Draft Express has only 2 PG's listed in top 20.
They are Damian Lillard and Kendall Marshall.
Lillard will likely be chosen first (current position)
then Marshall a few spots after Lillard.

Lillard is a scorer, Marshall is a pure PG delux who also happens to be 6'4".

Should Marshall be taken higher?  Obviously he's not a big time scorer or great outside shooter, but he's a guaranteed successful driver of the engine imo, not as talented as Rondo but quite smooth and big for a PG.  I think Kendall Marshall deserves to be picked somewhere between 8 and 12.  So I think he's flying under the radar a bit.  But I don't have a great read.

Anyone have an opinion on this guy?
Also curious about his teammate John Henson.  Specialist?  Bust?  Underrated?
