Anybody watching?  Fun game, with the Bruins killing a couple of 5-on-3 advantages for the Penguins.

It's surprising how little attention the Bruins are being paid right now.  I assume the lack of chatter is due to nobody wanting to jinx their current 14 game "unbeaten in regulation" streak.

I am suprised at the lack of attention also...

Between the NBA lockout, winning the cup, and the fact that they have an exciting tough, young and talented team, I have become a huge fan (along with many I am sure).

I'm in my 20's and I always wondered how someone could just pick up a team or sport later in life and be passionate about it...now I know!

Yeah, both guys were exhausted.  Too bad Campbell didn't get the better of it.

Amazing game and amazing streak while beating some great teams. B's just shut down the Crosby line and their penalty killing was phenomenal.

They have beaten Toronto 3 times, Pittsburgh, and Edmonton when they were playing so well during the streak and only lost to Detroit in a shootout. They've also won their last 6 road games.

And yet the amount of play they are getting in the local media(sports radio, sports blogs, newspapers) and the lack of play the NHL and their best team get in general is shocking.

But hockey comes in fourth as a sport in Boston. The Pats are in full swing and having another great season. The Sox are a year long news maker and their horrid last month of the season, the revelations of what caused it, the departure of Tito and Theo, and the hiring of Valentine and Cherrington have been all over the national media over the last month, never mind the local media. And the NBA lockout has just ended and ABC, TNT and ESPN will be hyping that to the hilt.

Too bad because this B's team is one of the best sports stories locally since the Pats emergence from afterthought to dynasty.
