Its an exhibition game and the Pats are playing a very vanilla offense and defense to see how people react and to just get some live speed practice in.
Wins and losses don't matter now. This team is playing to get itself physically and mentally prepared and there was probably zero game planning involved in this game as there never has been game planning done for any exhibition game during the Belichick era.
All that matters is the starters getting reps in a game speed, the fringe players getting in for the coaching staff to see what they can from them and for special teams to get in some practice.
That's all exhibition season is.
and still a lose
patty showed no respect for the LIONS.leave the d at home..
