I think this is doc being a good coach.

I do not agree with the premise. Why would we go to KG early and often? What are "the right" spots. He is a 7 foot jump shooter or he is going to take a tough fade away. He will not draw any fouls it wasnt until the end of the third or begining of the 4th that Pau got his first foul.

Your early go to guy espeically in a series against the lakers specifically kobe has to be able to creat fouls to make the offense easier for the rest of the team and not have us getting crushed on free throw attempts.

KG has to play through rondo and pp he doesnt have a 6'7" 210lbs pf covering him. Pau is bigger and stronger.

KG needs to set good picks, roll or pop hard off those picks and make plays with his energy and determination.
If we go to him early and often we will find ourselves in a big hole
