Charles Barkley has come out on Inside the NBA right now and said he wants to talk about the Boston/Atlanta series.  You could tell Ernie and Kenny were thinking "uhhhhhhhhh...but they didn't play tonight"

So if Chuck wants to talk about this series when it's not even on their schedule to talk about, its gotta be good.

I was actually pleasantly surprised by his thoughts.  I was actually sadly expecting him to say the Hawks were going to upset.  But he in fact made some great points.

-The Celtics will win because they are just hands down the better team.  He did however say that if the Hawks were to somehow upset the Celtics, it would be the biggest upset in NBA history.

-This will actually make the Celtics tougher for later on in the playoffs.

-Pierce and Ray need to "stamp their name" in one of these games.  He compared it too Parker scoring 41 points in game 3 of his series, Kobe scoring 45 in game 2 of his series...Pierce and Ray need to do the same thing.

-He felt that the Celtics heads weren't really in it in games 3 and 4.  He actually blamed it on the city of Atlanta.  He said that the players are normal human beings, they want to go out, there's the nightlife...and they already seemed to be looking ahead to the next series.

Very nice Chuck, except for maybe that last one about the nightlife haha.  Lets just hope he's right about everything :/
