I think coaches are vastly overrated, but i do think that we get past Miami with Ime.  I think a good coach may have gotten us one at home early.  But Denver is a different story.  This team has flaws that coaching can't fix.

Just when you thought it couldn't get worse, Ime is gutting Joe's staff:

The Boston Globe’s Gary Washburn:

"According to an NBA source, assistants Ben Sullivan, Aaron Miles, and Mike Moser are expected to join Ime Udoka’s staff in Houston, leaving three or more openings on Mazzulla’s staff."

Impressive the loyalty Ime commands over Mazzula.

You would assume it's more than three, since we never replaced Stoudamire, either, nor did we replace Joe or Hardy with outside help.
I'm somewhat glad. I liked Sullivan, knew nothing about the other two.

But this allows us to rebuild the staff from scratch. Get away from all the previous baggage, and get some talent and experience in. I just don't really care for Stephen Silas, so hopefully we can nab a different experienced senior assistant.
