When you have Marcus Smart quoting " Don't let us get one" by the legend Kevin Millar.

Why can't Joe come up with inspiration quotes like this?

The Celtics coaching staff is so young that I feel someone like Marcus can just push them around. I watched that discussion between Gary Tanguay, Bob Ryan, and Jeff Goodman. At one point someone asked why Joe insisted on playing Smart in the endgame over White and Brogdon even if both guys were playing better than him. The answer - because he’s afraid of Smart.

Guess all our head coaches have been afraid of Smart all this time...
