His days of being a legit starter are over.

He signed a 2/20M extension which in today’s NBA is a great deal, and fine for a role player. But that’s what he needs to be. He’s 37 starting next season.

Timelord is injury prone too so CBS needs to acquire another big man this off-season. Doesn’t have to be a star, but someone productive that can eat up minutes and contribute (not be a pure liability).

I’m in favor of trading Smart, PP/Muscala + picks to do this.

Yeah.  He's a solid backup center.

Who's our starting PF?

Guess we need to trade for one. A hybrid PF/C?

Idk what happens to G-Will either. I doubt he gets a huge payday but even so, will we pay him at all?

Horford is 37, and Timelord is injury prone. It’s fine to keep Griffin as a 4th big but this team really needs another big added to the mix. Can’t rely solely on these two going forward

Muscala can be kept too but it’s still not enough IMO.

Pass. Not an Ayton fan. There’s a reason the Suns would trade him

I think Ayton is overrated.

I would like to ger Draymond to start with Big Al backing him and Rob up.

Siakam, Randle, Towns, W. Carter, Sabonis…

I would like to see Brown as the centerpiece to trading for a big.  Who should we trade for and who can we trade for?  I hope Wyc and Brad are thinking the same thing.

Can we do a sign and trade with GWill + PP + Muscala + picks for Draymond?

Hmm ... not much shooting with Draymond & Timelord together.

Jaylen and Tatum are both dribble drive / PnR guys. Not like Steph and Klay who do a lot of running off ball. The Jays require more floor spacing. Steph and Klay do more to offset the lack of floor spacing with their movement and lethal catch and shoot threat.

I wonder how well Draymond would fit next to the Jays instead of the Splash Bros. Would his lack of shooting cause more issues here? I think it would. Would it hurt the Jays effectiveness? I fear it would. Would Draymond's passing be less effective here with off-ball guys like Steph and Klay? I think it would.

It is interesting but I am not sure I would do it. A lot of risk / potential downsides.

Draymond's defense would be a welcome sight though. He would be so much fun to watch on the defensive end next to all the other quality defenders we got.
