It was obvious that this team never flipped the switch came the playoffs:
Games 1 & 2 vs the Hawks- C's had a big lead and nearly evaporated them but still hung on to win. Those were warning signs
Game 3 - play stupid but OK I let them slide bc first road game of the playoffs
Game 5 - Smart playing stupid. No Murray. Danger #1
Game 6 - almost blew it. Danger #2
Game 1 vs 76ers- no Embiid? No problem for the 76ers. C's didn't show up that game. Danger #3
Game 4 - JB left Harden wide-open for the double-help; Mazz did not call timeout to draw up an ATO and advance the ball...chopped too much time off to get ball across halfcourt. Danger #4
Game 5 - never showed up. Danger DANGER #5
Game 6 - was playing catch up most of the game; Tatum decided to show up in the 4th quarter. Danger #6.
Game 1 vs Heat- blew lead
Game 2- blew lead, G.Will talks too much garbage and can't back it up
Game 3- never showed up
It wasn't until maybe Game 2 or 5 of the Hawks series that I felt this team has been the team we been seeing all regular season long, which was inconsistency and lack of intensity. No accountability, no discipline, no BBIQ, too many 3's, no defense, no coaching skills
