One has to go in a trade.

Idk why Smart gets preferential treatment over Brogdon and White either. Mindboggling.

Yep. It's disappointing but idk how much longer we can do this. I also think Smart is hurting this team nowadays than before. At least before he bought consistent DPOY-caliber play, now he doesn't do that and for every "winning play" he makes, he makes 9 other boneheaded ones. Ridiculous.

Smart and Brown are not high IQ players. Smart has to go since he’s less talented and just makes bad decisions with the ball too often. Can’t have that with your starting PG. As soon as JB signs his extension, send Marcus packing.

At this point Brad still needs to give JB that supermax right? I mean an unsigned JB will have a really low trade value.

Yup, you can’t have two turnover machines like then on your team. Brown who takes 4 players on looking like he’s on roller skates is just dumb.

I'm fine giving them both supermaxes (JT + JB). But they can definitely improve the roster and cut some costs by trading Smart. Brogdon, White and Davison (or another FA/small trade pickup) can be a solid trio of guards to have over the next few years, but they'll also need another big man to go along with 37 year old Horford + injury prone Timelord

But I just don't see how you can run it back with the same trio (JT, JB, Smart). Tatum is the alpha and deserves to stay. Between the other two though, someone has to go. Maybe Jaylen makes that decision easier and demands a trade? Hope not but we'll see

Welcome to the bandwagon all.

I was there last year finally. Love the guy but this team has enough problems as it is. Too many chef's in the kitchen. The my turn your turn crap will never win anything.

Yup. Drafting 2 elite wings thay go 5-7 to the conference finals by the ages of 26 and 25. BLOW IT UP IMMEDIATELY because nothing has ever come remotely close to this level of success.  8) come on it has never been that easy unless you sell your soul to snag a Lebron.

Smart should have been traded long ago.

Brown doesn’t deserve a max deal. Trade him they off season for trey young or someone that can contribute

It's not easy to win a ring. The reality is we don't have a best player over 28 to take us to the promised land. It's the reality for any of us who dreamed of building through the draft. MIL got lucky by having a unicorn like Giannis to be older than our guys. Philly broke apart before our stars came of age (with our literal unparalleled success.)

We have never seen what our team is trying to do (unless we somehow traded a star for Curry or something.)

Either we are the furthest along EVER  for young stars that win, or we are on a latter step of the journey. Screw it. Resign our stars, try their best and get better.
