Yam Madar has won the 2022-2023 EuroLeague ‘Rising Star’ award.

The Partizan player is only the third rookie to win the accolade.

The award is voted on by the head coaches.

Is he ready?  Begarin?   If not, will they ever be?  Who is more likely?
Begarin has better physical tools, but seemingly cannot shoot nor score efficiently at all. He is still only 20, but I really wish we'd picked Garza, Bassey or Sims.

Not sure about Yam. He's just turned 22, and we seem to rate JD Davison quite highly. He was also drafted all the way back in 2020. Again, wish we'd picked Paul Reed instead.

I didn't like the selection of either at the time, and nothing since has made that dislike go away.

Could we? I doubt Joe goes away from the 3 big guard rotation
