I mean the only team that can beat Boston is Boston. I would like to see them follow this up with a solid game 3. This team is just hard to trust. Look great one game and then frustrating the next.

yup.
LET'S GO CELTICS!

The only team left we can’t beat in a 7 game series is golden state. And we may shoot ourselves in the foot before we even get that chance.

I still believe that the Celtics will win this series.  That is easier to say now that they have won a game but I posted it in the Game 2 game thread before the game started, when many others were ready to give up on the Celtics and fire Mazzulla.

I will not go any farther than that out of superstition.

That is right.  Backs against the wall.  All the pressure in the world.  Who is going to rise to the occasion?

PHI got game 1 with a gutty effort.  Harden turned back the clock.  That seems to happen a lot when a top player is out.  But that glow tends to only last 1 game.  Then the team that is better foundationally or more talented, tends to take command.  I still believe the Celtics are the better more talented team.  But they need to go out and do it.  They have had a problem with that this year.

I still believe!

Go Celtics!

Razors put away till next loss at least  ;D

Razors are reserved for games where we play atrocious defense and/or blow big leads.

Razors may be needed after tonight, the way they swing back and forth like a pendulum  :police:

I doubt it though, when they wake up they usually stay awake for at least a few games. Hopefully long enough for us to win this series

I hope you're right.  I'm expecting the defense to become complacent and give up 119+ again.  (Meanwhile, Doc will make some minor adjustments and Joe will be paralyzed until he's had 48 hours to process them.  No adjustments, shoot more threes.)

Razors away for another game at least  :police:

They didn’t shoot thst well tonight but got stops when they needed and hit clutch shots to keep our lead to 7 or 8 whenever Philly got it down to 3 or 4

Hope it's not serious with Timelord

But otherwise, HELL YEAH. Home court advantage is back with Boston (and so is the momentum)  8)

I never bet. But if I had to bet on something it would be that Rob wouldn’t play every playoff game.  A lock.  Hope whatever it is it’s short-term.

With all the negative takes after game 1 (not to mention after game 5 last series), the fickle take of the day is the Cs would be up 3-0 if they’d finished Game 1.

I don’t know whether I believe, but I did like tonight’s game a lot.
