Shawn Marion was the guy yesterday for Bosh and Dirk. I loved that short spell Marion had in Toronto especially when he got to start at PF with Bosh at C and they had Jose Calderon running the point. It was like Phoenix-lite. That Raps squad looked like they really had something. Something they could build from.

But Colangelo was in love with Bargnani and he wants Bargs into the starting lineup so in he went and Marion was shifted back to SF which was a lineup configuration that did not work as well. Marion was still much better at PF than SF. Bosh and Marion were a great complement to one another. And you had Calderon running the point like a swiss watch. Dang that Bargnani! And that dang Colangelo!

Couldn’t think of Pelicans who had played elsewhere.  I really Hurley don’t know NBA rosters like I used to.  Plus I still confuse Charlotte with New Orleans because of the moves and reincarnations and name swaps etc…
