Predator Prey was better than I expected..started slow but got really good…Also done watching Umbrella Academy season 3, very good but make sure u listen

Just Prey on the airplane and I agree with you. I like how it went back to the basics of the concept of the novice which is more about the hunting rather than big explosions. I thought it was well done.

Just watched the premiere of House of the Dragon on HBO. I give the first episode a B.

Finally made it through seasons 1 - 9 of Chicago PD by watching On Demand.

The characters are entertaining, though many of the scenes are over the top with risk.
Jason Beghe is a trip as Sgt. Voight. I miss Al very much, why get rid of one of your best characters ?

The romances are chaos. Halstead and Lindsey had the chemistry in spades - great match.
Halstead with Hailey Upton simply does not work. Clumsy pairing there.

Overall, very entertaining show.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

I'm watching too many right now to liist, but City on a Hill I think is fantastic!  Kevin Bacon does a great job as a crooked FBI agent in Boston.  Waiting for Yellowstone, Taylor Sheridan is on to something with his shows, all ahve been really good.

Just watched the premiere of House of the Dragon on HBO. I give the first episode a B.
It seemed unnecessarily gruesome at times, but after the tournament was over, it really picked up with all the politics.  Of course if they actually follow the history from the books, the show is going to get super weird really fast.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

I agree. Had to actually look away for one of the scenes… it was just over the top. Hoping that the next episode is better.

Watched "Trainwreck: Woodstock '99" on Netflix. Only three episodes but it totally pulled me in.

I graduated high school in '99 so it totally brings me back. Even had a couple of friends go to it.  I knew some bad stuff happened but didn't know how really insane & in depth it was.

They haven't been mentioned and maybe I am late to watch them but 3 that I liked recently are:

Ray Donovan  -  not the Sopranos but more entertaining than I expected

Dark Winds - again entertaining

Longmire -  if Yellowstone is today's Dallas then Longmire is Gunsmoke, even my wife got into it.

Ray Donovan was an incredible series… highly recommend. Do not watch the movie, though. That should never have been made.
